With her background, Jayjay offers a unique and nuanced point of view in structuring transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and foreseeing potential hurdles. Her projects include local and offshore power plant construction, and various transactions for businesses in the retail, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and transportation, and finance technology industries.
Jayjay sits on the Board of Trustees of BrightHalls Children’s Foundation Inc., an orphanage she co-founded in 2012. Also on the Board are two of her LGTON Law partners, Norman T. Golez and Diosdado E. Trillana.
